Will CBD Hemp oil help with anxiety symptoms

This is a common question and a very hot topic.

Let’s be honest, the world is a little crazy right now. Regardless of whether you struggle with constant anxiety and panic attacks, or (if you’re like most people) just plain stressed out, many people are reporting that Hemp Oil products seem to help reduce anxiety symptoms, their duration, and frequency.

From a clinical standpoint, studies have shown CBD to influence the exact same area of the brain that most anxiety drugs target. The difference is that the CBD molecule does this naturally.

These receptors are the 5-HT1A and GABA-A. Basically, CBD acts as a booster and keeps more serotonin and dopamine available to you, providing possible symptom relief while providing an uplifting and calming effect.

Ahhh, this is “the question” isn’t it? Well, there’s good news and bad news!

The truth is, only your body knows for sure. Not only do we process and metabolize substances differently, but our blood cells are all different sizes.

Size, weight, or gender should not be a “baseline” for dosing. Your body is the only true gauge. It also depends on the concentrations in your particular product and your reason for using it.

Now having said that we’re not going to leave you hanging with just some vague answer.

Our suggestion is to take a slow and systematic approach to dosing. We’ve also created a handy dosing journal you can download for free. This way you can easily track both how much you are taking and the results daily.

In addition, all SOZO CBD products are clearly labeled. You can also find  instuctions under the dirction tab under each products.

SOZO CBD will not cause you to fail a drug test. In fact, we guarantee it.

However, because we use a whole plant you get ALL the benefits including a full spectrum of terpenes and minor cannabinoids without the THC!

See Our Lab Results!

This is not the case with many hemp oils who have “some” THC  even though there is less than .3% you will probably still fail a drug test depend on what kind they use.

No, this amount can not “get you high” but can show positive on some tests, although in trace amounts.

At SOZO we have it down to a science.  All of our products are zero THC.

About 60% of all medications use an enzyme system called Cytochrome P450.

Similar to grapefruit, watercress, St. John’s Wort, and pineapple, some substances have an impact on CYP450 function.

These substances, as well as some medications, can inhibit the cytochrome P450 system’s ability to metabolize certain drugs, leading to an overall increase in processing times to take effect.

A good rule of thumb is to take your CBD 90 mins before other medications or 90 mins after.

Studies are ongoing; however, it is important to keep your doctor informed of any supplements and/or herbal remedies you are taking, especially if you are prescribed pharmaceutical medications.

According to a study by the National Institute of Health (NIH.gov), when taken orally, the half-life is about 1-2 days. The term “half-life” refers to the amount of time it takes for half of a substance to be eliminated from the body.

It’s also noteworthy to include that many medications and herbal supplements are based on weight and other factors. Specifically, according to a study performed by the World Health Organization (WHO), it may be attracted to fat cells.

Thus, the more fat you have in your body, potentially, the longer it remains. Such is the case with the natural vitamins A, D, E, and K.

We suggest you take you take CBD twice a day or as neeed.

The lab tests tell it all. You’ll want to know the extraction methods, where the plants were grown if there are any heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, or other unfavorable byproducts of the growing process in your oil.

With SOZO you’ll see lab results clearly marked and easy to find right next to every product.

You can read more about our process along with our 100% satisfaction guarantee on the site.

Coing soon! A short video on how to read lab results.

CBD is a molecule, not an oil. According to a November 1st, 2018 Harvard University article, it’s just 1 molecule of over 113 found in both Cannabis and Hemp.

The ratio of molecules in the oil is of great importance based on the symptoms you plan to address. When it comes to symptom relief, your body has no idea where the molecules came from nor does it care.

The term CBD Hemp Oil is more of an umbrella statement for a wide-ranging spectrum of Hemp Oil products.

Most people are looking for “CBD Focused Cannabinoid and Terpene Rich Hemp Oil.”

And that’s what SOZO is every—single—time.

No. CBD does not, nor can it make you high. It is chemically and biologically impossible.

It’s the interaction with cell receptors that determine how each molecule reacts. In the case of CBD, it does not produce any high effect because CBD is not the same molecule as THC.

In the cannabis plant, it’s the THC that binds with the endocannabinoid receptors and produce the “high” feeling. Interestingly enough, CBD will actually deter and block THC from binding to CB-1 receptors which do make you high.

Bottle sizes and potency are different. This makes figuring out how many drops you should take potentially unclear even if you are good at math.

Because dropper sizes differ as well (comma) we will use a standard dropper and bottle size for our example.

Most bottles are 1 ounce.

1 ounce = 30ml

There are approx. 20 drops in 1 mL.

If you had a 500 mg bottle (Picture here)

20 drops x 30 mL = 600 drops.

600 drops divided by 500 mg = .83 a drop.

If you wanted to take 20 mg a day you would need 24 drops. Or just over one full dropper full 1.2 ml.

With SOZO you get clearly mark the packages and droppers. One full dropper  in our 1 oZ 500mg bottle is aproximatly 16.67mg CBD.

If you’ve never used CBD or hemp products before, a good rule of thumb is to start at the lowest dose, stay there for about a week to see how your body feels and how your symptoms are affected.

Most products will have serving-size marked clearly on the label.

CBD rich hemp oil products are very well tolerated by most people; however, a few have experienced dry mouth, a slight drop in blood pressure with accompanying lightheadedness, drowsiness, fatigue, irritability, and nausea.

As previously stated, studies are ongoing. As more information is available, we will be sure to keep you informed.
